“Highly recommend!!! The staff is amazing. Went out of their way to make you feel like family. The room was large, clean had all that you would want in a room. The refrigerator had drinks for free, chocolate in the room. A wonderful experience for sure!!!”
“Absolutely would stay again. Check in was easy (as long as you are even slightly tech savvy), room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous. Shower did have a 30 second - 60 second timer, but was no big deal, great for eco-friendliness. Ski storage available, coffee (vending machine), and snacks available on main floor. Quiet stay, with gorgeous views from 360* around the building. About a 10 minute walk out of the main area of town, so would have to be okay with the walk, but there...

“The property was very close to the station and being in front of the cable car going to Sunnegga. Although we didn’t go it is very convenient. Our room had a perfect view of the Matterhorn. Walking distance to all including the gorner gorge.
Breakfast was very good- can even order pancakes and good selection for a continental one.
We were lucky to have a good weather so we were able to go to forget and saw Matterhorn very clearly.

“Hotel Bahnhof exceeded my expectations from the moment i stepped out of the Zermatt station - it was just across the street and so central that you were right on the shopping street and the goats passed it in the morn and afternoon on their trek to the mountains.
I stayed in the hostel portion in a women’s room with 4 sets of bunk beds and I was very happy with my bottom bunk by the window, which had the illusion of privacy and cool air from the window. The facilities are very clean and well...
